Thanks. I did notice the huge bags of organic C&H white sugar.
I glanced through the meat department and did not see anything
organic, but perhaps I missed it. There was also organic
Contadina tomato paste, with a good price on an 8-pack.
Perhaps "almost complete lack" is overstating it.

This is at the Richmond, California Costco by the way.
