LA,
I'm on my third bread maker, my first one was a refurbished from a
catalog called DAK! Wow that's going back! Anyway, being cheap and lazy
and a little, not knowing any better, I always have followed the
directions that came with the machine which all seemed to use powdered
mail.

My ulitimate favorites are the 1. Cornell recipe, 2. a soy, herb recipe
in my Breadman book and 3. 100% whole wheat with added gluten. I think
as far as white bread the flavor of Cornell is fantastic. But what do i
know, I was raised on pasty white stick to your gum's Sunbeam so
anything has to be better, right?

The dough cycle does all my pizza dough for me.
